We believe that to provide complete and compassionate care we must treat the whole patient, emotionally and physically. We do not want patients to feel sad, anxious, lonely or angry as they go through fertility treatment. The physical demands of the treatment process are enough to manage on their own.

Research by Dr. Alice Domar, the founder of the Mind/Body Programme, shows that the level of distress may have an impact on the success of treatment. Our Mind/Body Programme allows you to participate in a group with others in a similar situation to your own. Our highly-trained Group Leaders provide you with the skills to reduce distress at every stage of treatment. Research shows that participants can experience significant decreases in stress-related physical symptoms and increases in pregnancy rates.

Award Winning Programme

Each year, RESOLVE, the National Infertility Association of America, gives a special Founder's Award - The Barbara Eck Menning Award - to an individual or group who has demonstrated leadership in the field of infertility or infertility resolution. Alice D. Domar, PhD, Executive Director, Domar Centre for Complementary Healthcare at Boston IVF, is the 2007 recipient of The Barbara Eck Menning Award.

"Mind/Body techniques aren't a magic wand that will make you pregnant. But they are an excellent, effective way to help you take back control of your life, cope with your infertility in a much more positive way and prepare yourself to make choices that will contribute to your happiness and good health for the rest of your life."
