  • Introduction to mindfulness for fertility

  • The pros and cons of exercise
  • Introduction to Hatha yoga

Session 6: 6:00-8:30pm

  • Introduction to stress management
  • Session 1 of Cognitive Restructuring - a self-help technique

Session 7*: 10:00-4:00pm (Sunday session)

  • Day spent with husbands/partners
  • Hatha yoga
  • Reducing stress with humour
  • Goal setting
  • Improving communication

Session 8: 6:00-8:30pm

  • Session 2 of Cognitive Restructuring
  • Coping with, and effectively expressing, anger

Session 9*: 6:00-8:30pm

  • Partners may attend mini support group for men
  • Emotional expression
  • Parenting

Session 10: 6:00-8:30pm

  • Assertiveness training
  • Summary and review of programme
  • Tips to maintain improvements

The Bridge Mind/Body Programme consists of 10 weekly sessions.
All the sessions are held on the the same weekday evening except for session 7 which is on Sunday.

* Partners are welcome and encouraged to participate in these sessions.

Cost: £395 to include an intake/counselling session and all course materials
